"When I met Rick I thought what a nice man he’ll be easy to work with. I had a buyer who didn’t sign on the day he was supposed to, I gave him 2 more days and then another 2 days and 1 more. Still nothing. So Rick put my house back on the market and true to form, it was sold by the next day. He always called to keep me up to date on every step of the way. If you didn’t know better, you’d swear he was selling his own house by the way he got so involved and never let me ‘fly’ in the dark. I would recommend this man to ANYONE who needs a REAL realtor.
